Fatima B. is a NYC-based stylist and creative director with 11 years of experience working closely with iconic music artists such as 21 Savage, Meek Mill, Metro Boomin, Swae Lee, Nipsey Hussle, Swizz Beats, Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, Wiz Khalifa, and more. Her styling heavily shapes each artist’s aesthetic and wardrobe to deliver the most authentic visual approach for every album, single, event, or project.

Growing up in Japan and frequently traveling as a child has diversified Fatima’s whole approach when styling. She combines her multicultural insights from her childhood living in Asia, her Caribbean-African background, and Harlem’s uptown style sensibilities to drive her creative vision and seek out well-informed references.

Rather than simply moving on fashion trends, Fatima’s looks are influenced by the artists themselves and what’s on their mind. Her unique method of styling artists is led by storytelling and costume design, which ultimately shapes their creative identity. She draws inspiration from the artist’s character and their current place in life, music video treatments, and their music rollout strategy. Her mission to communicate a deeper understanding of the artist’s music is accomplished by learning more about the artists themselves and materializing that essence in their style to visually relay the message to their fans.

Fatima began pursuing a career in fashion in 2009 as an intern, and through her passion, hustle, and drive she landed her first client, Nicki Minaj, and shaped her look for her debut album. Since then, she has proven herself not only as a renowned celebrity stylist, but also as a creative consultant for artists on visual content and live performances. Fatima has partnered with brands like Jordan, Reebok, Vogue, and The Gap, and is launching a clothing line in the near future.
